Guide of Return A Product
EU.HYDROFAST.COM stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience, you may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law (This policy is only valid for purchases made on EU.HYDROFAST.COM).
Right of Withdrawal — For Products Purchased from EU.HYDROFAST.COM
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the date you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.
- You may open and inspect the product to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection and its value is diminished as a result, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting that reduction in value from your refund.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect (see below).
- Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days, including the original purchase price and the standard delivery cost (the least expensive standard delivery option we offer). We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
- Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by either:
- Submitting a cancellation form via our Order Cancellation page; or
- Contacting us by email at support@hydrofast.com
Manufacturing Defects — For Products Purchased from EU.HYDROFAST.COM
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at support@hydrofast.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. EU.HYDROFAST.COM will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to the same conditions above.
For Products Not Purchased from EU.HYDROFAST.COM
Please refer to the return & refund policy of the platform or store where you made your purchase. For more details, contact the seller directly to confirm their specific terms and conditions.
Please note: This website only accepts returns for purchases made directly on EU.HYDROFAST.COM. If you purchased a product through other channels such as Amazon, AliExpress, or Geekbuying, please contact those platforms for return assistance.
Return Instructions
When returning a product, please follow these steps:
- Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) when submitting your return request.
- Pack the product in good condition in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, chargers, batteries, and any gifts received. Ensure labels and logos show no signs of tampering or alteration.
- Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the return package.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package, verify all contents are included, and seal the package securely.
- Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery returns without prior seller consent will be rejected.
Order Cancellation
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched, free of charge and without giving any reason.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (see above). In this case, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
How to cancel your order:
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@hydrofast.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”. Or submit a cancellation form via our Order Cancellation page.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid, within 14 calendar days.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process described above after receiving the goods.
Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment. Your payment provider may take an additional 3–10 working days to process the credit to your account.
